Amy Stepka began her career as a high school and college intern at Combustion Engineering. After graduation, she continued working at Combustion, which became ABB, then Alstom Power before acquisition by GE in 2015. In her 25-year career, Stepka has been responsible for managing the logistics for HRSG Gas and Steam projects in many areas of the world. In addition to that role, she has also worked on cost reduction initiatives and ERP and Material Tracking system implementations within the business.
